The EZOfficeInventory team has been busy working on updates to improve your asset tracking experience. Setting up customized access control is easier than ever with the enhanced Custom Roles UI. In more design updates, improved UIs for the Zendesk and Jira integrations offer more contextualized information and enhanced efficiency.

 1. New design for Zendesk Integration

The new and improved design enables you to access more information and take actions on Assets directly from within the Zendesk workspace. Designed for faster service ticket management, the new UI offers enhanced filters for quick and accurate search results.

2. New design for JIRA integration

Improve customer service and speed up issue resolution with the improved Jira design. Get more contextualized information and enhance search with improved filters.

3. Simplified Custom Roles Design

Custom Roles can now be configured through a new UI design for fast, more granular access control and simple set-up of user permissions. Information is laid out logically with options for basic and advanced permissions so Admins can easily and quickly navigate their way around settings. 

4. Instant Access to Key Business Insights

Stay focused on what’s important by adding tables and graphs from Custom Reports to your dashboard. By pinning this data to your Dashboard you can get an instant snapshot of  key business metrics whenever you log into the application. 

5. Request Custody Transfer of Items

Implement an additional layer of security by asking Users to send a request for transferring custody of Items. Stay in full control of Item movement and ensure custodianship remains within authorized staff members.  

6. Specific approver for PO Alerts  

Streamline inventory management by setting up specific approvers for Purchase Order requests. Having relevant approvers for purchase requests made by Staff Users enables quicker actions and  timely procurement. 

7. Improve efficiency with quick check-ins

Expedite mass actions by searching for Items and checking them in from a Quick Check-in button right from the top navigation bar in EZOfficeInventory. Streamline operations and avoid delays for seamless return of Items.
