EZOfficeInventory Feature Release Notes November 2020

TheEZOfficeInventory team launched some exciting new features and enhancements in the past months. We have upgraded the Custom Reports features and also introduced customization for the Navigation menu. The Zendesk Integration has two feature upgrades for streamlined service management. 1. Custom Reports Enhancement 

To generate even more insightful reports, you can now apply various functions to the item fields. Apply functions to numeric fields and view items by Sum, Average or Minimum and Maximum value as needed. For large volumes of items you can even apply functions by grouping instead of single assets. 

2. Customized Labels 

With the  internationalisation feature, you can now create customized labels  and rearrange your left navigation menu for asset, asset stock and inventory. Advanced customization enables businesses to incorporate the required terminology to streamline workflows for employees. 

3. Zendesk ServiceDesk Alerts

As a feature enhancement for the  Zendesk Integration, EZOfficeInventory now offers ServiceDesk alerts. This feature enables users to generate tickets within Zendesk directly through setting up alerts in EZOfficeInventory. 

4. SCIM User Provisioning with Azure AD

The SCIM Integration with EZOfficeInventory offers automatic synchronization across different identity providers. With the new upgrade you can now sync users from Azure AD into your EZOfficeInventory account.

5. Search Listing Filters

To improve user experience, EZOfficeInventory has introduced filters on the search listings pages for asset, asset stock and inventory. With the filter dropdown options, you can streamline search options to further specify criteria and find what you’re looking for faster than ever.
